FreeMotion Fitness Launches FreeMotion Incline Trainer

(October, 2006 - COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.) - FreeMotion Fitness™, the provider of the first, and only, full circuit of integrated functional training equipment in the industry, adds to the FreeMotion Cardio line with the introduction of the FreeMotion Incline Trainer at the 2006 Club Industry Conference and Exposition on October 5th to 7th.

"The Incline Trainer is a feature in my facility," said Juan Carlos Santana, director of the Institute of Human Performance. "It closely mimics the acceleration angles of running, is an easy way to perform high intensity interval training, and is a phenomenal piece for getting great cardio and leg strength with low impact."

Like two machines in one, what also makes the Incline Trainer unique is its wide range in speed and incline. With speeds from 0.5 to 12 MPH and incline from -3 to 30 percent of grade, the machine's versatility can accommodate the marathoner, someone out for a stroll or the club member looking for a hike. Users can realize great results with the benefits of incline training. Walking on an incline offers similar fitness benefits to running on a flat surface while burning more calories, producing comparable cardiovascular results and putting less impact on joints.

The FreeMotion Incline Trainer is powered by the innovative DRVS™, Direct Rear Velocity System; a rear-drive motor system and vector drive motor controller, combined with urethane deck isolators provide additional cushioning that creates a more comfortable running surface reducing impact on joints. DRVS runs cooler, cleaner and quieter while reducing belt-wear for less maintenance.

To further enhance the club member's cardio workout, the FreeMotion Incline Trainer also offers the optional Workout TV console. The 12.1" flat panel LCD screen gives users their own entertainment options - all the facility needs is coaxial cable. Integrated directly into the console, FreeMotion Fitness took great care in positioning the screen to offer a crisp, bright picture and comfortable viewing. The LCD screen offers a wide viewing angle and the console is positioned so users of various heights can watch TV with optimal, upright head and neck alignment. The button controls are within close reach, so users can change channels and volume easily.

No other piece of cardio equipment can offer so much. From its durability and reliability to its ability to provide users with versatile workout options and entertainment, the FreeMotion Incline Trainer is a must-have for any fitness facility.
