These shorts are really versatile, and I especially like them for yoga. They are quite short and fitted, but they stay secure and don't ride up, so I don't have any awkward moments in my yoga class (those are never good!). They are good for running too-- they seem to give a lot of ventilation and they keep the sweat away, keeping me nice and dry. They're true to size, but be prepared for a more tight, athletic fit. I'm a big fan of these shorts.
